On September 17 and 18, 2025, Dr. Julia Pöhlitz, Mona Pawelke, Lena Büschel, Jonathan Renkel, and Jan Lukas Wenzel, representatives of the Geoecology Working Group, attended the 10th Agroforestry Systems Forum in Giessen. Under the motto “Planting diversity – scaling agroforestry,” we learned about current developments in the field of agroforestry, made new contacts, reconnected with old acquaintances, and, of course, presented our current work from the DiP-SMART Agroforst and DiP-FaiReSyst projects. We would like to thank the German Professional Association for Agroforestry (DeFAF) for organizing the event and Justus Liebig University Giessen for their hospitality. We are already looking forward to the 11th Agroforestry Systems Forum next year!
