Department of Geoecology represented at the “8th Galileo Conference: A European vision for hydrological observations and experimentation”!

From 12.06.2023 to 15.06.2023 our PhD students Jan Lukas, Léonard and Johannes participated in the 8th Galileo Conference: A European vision for hydrological observations and experimentation in Naples to present current project work in AgriSens Demmin 4.0 and GM-GDE. The conference consisted of numerous lectures and posters on current issues in hydrology and was complemented by a variety of discussions and an exciting field trip.

Subsequently, a field campaign for site investigation in the Cilento National Park was conducted together with colleagues from Julius Maximilan University, Würzburg and Federico II University, Naples as part of the monitoring of groundwater dependent ecosystems. We would like to thank especially Prof. Dr. Pantaleone de Vita for the comprehensive support and look forward to further collaborations.
